Refund Policy - the basics

Chrome & Quill accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for products returned in new, unused condition with original packaging included.

Items returned after 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit at the discretion of Chrome & Quill, provided the product remains in new, unused condition and includes original packaging.

Custom-built, personalized, or modified products may not be eligible for return or exchange once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Products returned with signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused.
