Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received. In-stock items typically ship within several business days unless otherwise noted.
Artisan Run releases, custom systems, and made-to-order builds may require additional lead time depending on production schedule and component availability. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the ordering process when applicable.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Chrome & Quill is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
