Warranty

Chrome & Quill rods are built to fish hard and stay on the water. Every rod is backed by a 180-day, no-questions-asked warranty covering workmanship, accidental damage, and the moments that sometimes come after a fish gets the better of us.

If a rod is broken in the heat of the moment, we will repair or replace it. Whether damage comes from normal use, an unexpected accident, or frustration after a lost fish, we stand behind the system and the anglers fishing it.

If outside of that 180 day period warranty repairs are priced at $95 for most issues, but will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty claims are prioritized ahead of current production builds to minimize turnaround time and get rods back in service as quickly as possible. While many repairs can be completed the same day they arrive, additional time may be required if components, blanks, or specialized materials need to be replaced.

Customers are responsible for shipping rods safely to Chrome & Quill for evaluation and repair. We recommend using appropriate packaging and insured shipping whenever possible.
